In the past 20 years, I've had a strong focus towards health and wellness. My journey began as a registered dietitian, but yoga and meditation have been an important part of my wellness journey. This lead me to complete 200 hour yoga teacher training and become certified in Primordial Sound Meditation through the Chopra Center in meditation.
Outside of the studio, I'm a full time mom of three teenagers and love to spend my time traveling with my husband or being outdoors doing anything from hiking and biking to kayaking.

I'm a power yoga junkie! Give me a heated room to practice and I'm in sweaty heaven.
A Hungarian-born, American-trained graphic designer, I love teaching yoga as a way to detach from all things design, computers—and tune into all things breath, flow, and deep assisting. I have been practicing and studying power yoga for more than 5 years now and I have a passion to support and empower others through meaningful practice.
You'll find me leading our TT's through Baptiste-style practices. These practices are open to the public, so luckily everyone can join in!

Yoga has been a journey of peeling away what doesn't belong, an unlearning rather. I began by practicing and studying, what felt like, every style of yoga available, when I finally landed in Power Vinyasa. It more or less found me.
This practice challenged my mind to take a deeper look at myself, my life, and how I was living, and then brought it to my mat by embodying the practice. Once I began to see how my life was changing, I knew I could never go back. I've since been studying personal development and empowerment and bringing it to the yoga practice so that I could continue the study of human relationship within and with others.
When I’m not wrapped in the beautiful world of Ignite Yoga, you’ll find me on the hiking trails, lovin’ on my pups (and hubs), traveling, tasting delicious wine, exploring music, or trying to learn something new.

I began practicing yoga at my local YMCA in 2009 and slowly built a steady home practice over the following years. My desire for community led me to Ignite, where I dove into teacher training. I'd describe my classes and teaching style as laid back and cheerful. As a mother of three boys I've learned to keep my head cool and my heart open.
Some of my favorite things to do outside of the studio include playing in the sunshine, creating meaningful jewelry, loving up my fam, and generally trying to enjoy all that life has to offer.
