For monthly membership only, a 3-month minimum and automatic renewal is required. Membership may be cancelled after the 3-month commitment. A one month hold is allowed, once a year, for a fee of $20.
Power Flow (heated)
Based on the physical principles of the Baptiste Vinyasa Methodology, this class connects fluid movement and breath. It is designed for all levels but some knowledge of yoga is recommended. Come open and ready to sweat and flow!
Intro to Ashtanga (Warm)
Ashtanga Yoga consists of a set series of postures, progressively sequenced. Intro to Ashtanga focuses specifically on the movements and postures of the Primary Series which over time balances strength and flexibility through a series of hip openers, deep twists and continuous flowing movement.
Basic Flow (non-heated)
A perfect place for beginners that want to flow! This class moves at a slow-moderate pace to really hone in on the basics of each asana with a challenge. It creates the foundation for your growing yoga practice and is a great place to start and return to frequently.
Gentle Flow (non-heated)
The most basic of our classes, you will begin by moving gently through a series of asanas, while maintaining a smooth breath. After slightly warming your body, you will move into deep release and relaxation. A light flow that is sure to leave you feeling restored and at ease!
Vin & Yin (non-heated)
Accessible for all levels, this class blends vinyasa and yin yoga postures into a perfect practice. The vinyasa is used to heat your muscles and raise your heart rate while the yin postures are held, allowing your body to open deep into your joints and connective tissue.
Friday night feature
We love to start the weekend off right! Every Friday night we get our groove on with a fun featured class. It allows our teachers to explore different methodologies and have fun guiding you through practices that are out of the norm. Most are included with your class pass but some are an additional fee.
