Vin & Yin is a class that perfectly combines the practices of vinyasa and yin yoga.  This session begins with a short meditation to focus your mind then moves into a few deep shoulder openers using two blocks.  If you have a chair, this will work as well.  The practice then flows to move and warm your body and ends with Sleeping Swan (Pigeon) and Caterpillar (supported forward fold).
