Vin & Yin - Sleeping Swan & Frog

Vin & Yin is a practice that combines the flow of vinyasa with the deep holds of the yin yoga practice.  In this session, you'll begin in a supported Supta Baddha Konasana. The practice soon moves into a vinyasa flow that includes sun salutations and gentle twisting to energize the body.  At the end of the practice you'll return to the energy of yin yoga and move deep into your hips with Sleeping Swan (Half Pigeon) and Frog pose.
