Prenatal yoga is a unique class that helps you become comfortable with all of the changes that are going on with the mind and body during pregnancy. This class will focus on strengthening and opening your body to help prepare you for labor, birth, and parenting while also using breath awareness and meditation to promote relaxation and create a deeper bond between mommy and baby.
This class will provide you with the modifications you need to practice yoga safely during pregnancy. Each week will build and upon completion of the series, you may attend any of our non-heated yoga classes at your discretion.
