Practicing yoga is ALWAYS a good thing, and during pregnancy, the benefits grow exponentially for both mama and little ones. Prenatal yoga is a unique class that helps mamas get comfortable with the changes that occur in mind and body and also help to prepare you for labor, birth and parenting. This series of classes will focus on strengthening and opening yoga poses that are safe for pregnancy, breath awareness that will promote relaxation, and meditation that will allow moms to create an even deeper bond with their babies. You will also be provided with modifications to practice yoga safely in many of our other classes.
