Yoga by yourself is a practice that creates union within your mind, body and soul. When you do it with your partner or a friend, it opens up a whole other dimension! Spend your Valentine’s evening with your sweetie, bff, or on your own, learning to lean, twist and stretch, flow, and guide each other in and out of partner poses! Open to all levels, new and experienced, we will support each other in a practice dedicated to love. Social time and wine (or BYOB) immediately after.
