We call it "lights out" but hopefully something new will light up in this blind folded yoga class.  A form of sensory deprivation, blindfolded yoga is a unique experience in which you are guided through a vinyasa flow yoga class, using only your intuition and proprioception to guide you.  Sensory deprivation, in short sessions, has been known to be relaxing, and even meditative.  In any case, you will find a new sense of awareness, so join us in exploring!
