Hips & Hammies is a warm flow class focused specifically on your lower half.  Do you sit in a chair all day?  Travel a lot?  Squat a lot for fitness?  How about running?   Spinning?  Then you will not want to miss this class. Your hips, hamstrings, and thighs will love you for it!
