Take the Bind

Join Megan for this vinyasa yoga class that leads you through bind variations for some of your favorite and well-known yoga poses.  Binds are beneficial in our practice for opening the shoulders and providing resistance to dive deeper into a pose.  This class will provide a fresh look at your practice and is accessible for all levels.
