Yoga is a practice that has been around for about 2,000 years. It's longevity is highly attributed to it's time tested philosophy of following the eight-limbed path of self discovery. The eight steps along this path provide moral, ethical, and self disciplines that allow for one to achieve purity of mind and body and radiant health. It is believed that through continuous practice and dedication to these steps, you will reach unity with the Divine, or Samadhi.
