Join Matt Eshleman and the Ignite Yoga community for a two hour yin yoga practice. Together we will tap into our more subtle energies of inner peace, patience, and calm. The practice itself will create moderate stress on our connective tissues and fascia to access our joints and improve circulation and mobility. Whether you are new to yin yoga or have been practicing for years, this class will be a deep dive into the practice.
