Sun Salutations, or Surya Namaskaras, are a traditional opening to a vinyasa-based yoga practice. The intention of these sun salutes is to warm the body and create rhythmic movement that allows for the mind and body to connect.
As with many of our repeated daily activities, the sun salutation can often become habitual motion that becomes mindless instead of mindful. In this "Sun Salutation Subtleties" workshop, the intention will be to fine tune your sun salutation A & B so that you can have new found awareness around the nuances of these short, yet very important, sequences. No matter the level of practitioner, we can promise that you will discover something new.
