Flip Your Foundation - Part 1

It starts with your literal foundation. In the first part of learning to go upside down, we'll take a look at the strength needed in the fingers, hands, wrists, forearms, and shoulders. We will move through a vinyasa flow, pausing frequently to dive deeper into the understanding of what needs to happen in these structures in order for them to be your foundation (aka, what everything needs to stack on top of).

Flip Your Foundation - Part 2

Everything else. Once we're upside down it's difficult to know what the heck is happening up there. Am I right?! So let's wake-up the center, core, pelvis, thighs, and feet so that we have better proprioception for what we can't see. We'll move through a vinyasa flow incorporating props, partner work, and discussion to understand the control and sensation needed to hover over your body. Exciting, isn't it?!
