"Soul Sunday," is an effort to bring peace back into Sundays. Sundays were traditionally intended to be a day of rest, an opportunity to restore from a hard week's work. Over the years it's become just another week day that we fill with work, things to get done, and events to attend. It's become another day "to do" when it was created to "just be."
Some come "be" through stillness in meditation, gentle flow, and deep cleansing holds. You will leave feeling grounded, nurtured, and full of joy.
