BUILD: A Strong & Supple Spine

The Spine is at the center of our skeletal structure. We rely on the components of the spine for all of our bodies actions and functions.

Through discussion, observation and shared yoga practice we will gain personal understanding of the spine in order to appreciate how it moves. We will explore this vast network of bones, connective tissue and nerves as it relates to our health , our movement, and our well-being.
