We will have a 20-minute discussion, followed by different breathing meditations, some chanting (turning breath into sound), abundance of relaxation between meditations, all with sound vibration and music. Resetting the rhythms of your body and realizing your connection to the cosmos, Prana is the energy that sets our life in motion.
