Hands-on assisting traditionally has been a practice of deepening students into postures using the pressure and strength provided by the instructor. By honing this skill, your students may feel great in their practice, but it leaves little room for them to explore the posture themselves.
In Hands-On II, we’ll take a look at how to most effectively provide safe assists that create a profound experience for the student. They’ll not only feel a shift, but they’ll enhance their own neural connection which will allow them to recreate it in their body.
Join Justina Sanford for this radical look at hands-on assists. Knoweldge of hands-on assisting or Hands-On Assisting I is recommended for this workshop.
