Whether you are a yogi, runner, weightlifter or all the above, having hips that can move in all directions will enable you to function to your optimal level.  If you can’t move your hips through a full range of motion many things will begin to suffer. In this workshop we will focus on being able to flex, extend and strengthen your hips through natural movements which will allow for better function in everyday life.
