Ashtanga is a practice that falls into the “traditional” realm of yoga. It synchronizes breath and movement through a set series of postures to create a dynamic and physically challenging practice. The practice builds internal heat, which in turn purifies and strengthens the body, and calms the mind.
Join Ross Stambaugh in this 2-day event to deepen your knowledge of the Ashtanga practice. Ross is a certified Ashtanga instructor through the K. Pattabhi Jois Institute in Mysore, India. He’s practiced and studied with some of the local greats and he’s a hidden gem in our Dayton yoga community.
