Who doesn’t love an outdoor workout?!
Ignite Yoga, Cyclebar, and Swatfit Gym team up to host this awesome fitness event. The party will include 3 fitness disciplines.......cycling, strength training and yoga....all outside! Each discipline will be a 30 minute session and together are aimed at increasing your overall cardio endurance, strength and flexibility. Spaces are limited, so book your spot now!
