We are all given the same 24 hours each day, yet many of us go to bed each night wondering if we’ve spent our time wisely. Led by Rose Lounsbury - minimalism and simplicity coach, TEDxDayton speaker, and author of the best selling Less: Minimalism for Real - this class will focus on techniques to help us spend our time more intentionally. Participants will learn how to identify time gaps, balance their “must do’s” with “could/should/want to do’s”, and use time clocking strategies to make meaningful and productive daily schedules.
